Dr Nudrat Piracha is a senior partner at Samdani Qureshi Aqlaal, a niche entity providing, legal, tax, corporate advisory and Appropriate Dispute Resolution (ADR) solutions from under one roof. Samdani Qureshi Aqlaal is a collaborating firm of International Fraud Group and Andersen Global. She is also the Chief Executive officer of the International Centre for Appropriate Dispute Resolution and Prevention (Pvt.) Ltd (an access to justice project). She was awarded the Best ADR Lawyer Award in 2021 by the Ministry of Law and Justice Pakistan, Group Development, Pakistan Women in Law Initiative, supported by the Australian High Commission and the British High Commission.
