Puccio Penalisti Associati has been founded by Andrea Puccio, with offices in Milan and Brescia.

The Firm is specialized in White-collar crime, Compliance and Corporate investigations, in which the Law Firm’s professionals have developed long-term experience by participating in some of the most relevant criminal proceedings of the field and by providing highly specialized and tailor-made judicial and extra-judicial assistance, in favor of numerous Italian and international companies and individuals.

Andrea Puccio, graduated cum laude in Law at the University of Milan “Luigi Bocconi”, is an Italian attorney-at-law and the Founding and Managing Partner of the Firm Puccio Penalisti Associati.  Over the years, he has gained a significant experience in the area of white-collar crime, in which he provides both judicial and non-judicial legal assistance for domestic and international clients.

He has participated in relevant criminal proceedings in this field, as attorney-at-law of Italian and multinational companies, as well as individuals and is President and member of Supervisory Boards, pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/2001 (compliance), in companies of strategic importance all over the world.

In 2024, he has been ranked in the Chambers and Partners’ ranking, Europe Guide, for the White-Collar Crime area; in 2022 and 2023, he was ranked in the Who’s Who Legal Global Guide, Business Crime Defence; in 2023, he was ranked in the National Guide Italy – Business Crime Defence & Investigations.

Andrea Puccio and the Firm have also received several awards in the sectors of corporate, financial, environmental criminal law, compliance and internal investigations. Among these, for instance, the Firm has been awarded in 2024 as “Law Firm of the Year” at the Legalcommunity Corporate Awards 2024, as “Best Practice Financial Crime” at Legalcommunity Finance Awards 2024; it has been included in the ranking compiled by Leaders League for 2024, standing out as “Recommended” in the category “Italy – Best Law Firms for Compliance”, as well as in other national rankings, such as Sole 24 Ore and Statista and Milano Finanza rankings, for several years and, most recently, in 2024, Capital, TopLegal, etc.

Andrea Puccio is an Officer in the Criminal Law Committee of the IBA – International Bar Association, and a member of the ABA – American Bar Association (Criminal Law Section) and of the ECBA – European Criminal Bar Association.  In the Bocconi Alumni Community, he is a member of the Board of Topic Legal, with responsibility for the Criminal Law sector.   He is often invited as a speaker in conventions and masters on criminal matters and he is author of various publications, both in Italy and abroad.
