Gwendoline (Gwen) Brooker is a Partner based in Frasers Law Company’s Hanoi office. She has more than 35 years of experience in transactional and disputes work in the energy industry across the board from upstream oil and gas to refining and chemical, marketing; and latterly, renewables in wind, solar, and batteries. A qualified English barrister from Lincoln’s Inn, she has an LL.B (Hons) from the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London. Gwen joined Frasers Law Company after more than three decades at TotalEnergies SE where her expertise includes a unique portfolio of commercial and transactional work juxtaposed with disputes. In the past decade, Gwen worked on managing and settling multi-billion dollar disputes in Australia, Italy, Libya, Mozambique, and the US which involved complex arbitrations.
