Arun Chandrasekharan has handled countless bankruptcy filings before courts throughout Switzerland. He has assisted many companies and groups of companies with creditor protection and reorganization. By means of Swiss receivership, Arun actively saved the operating business of several companies, in particular by means of a spin-off of the subsidiary with the proceeds benefitting the creditors.
