Urmas works on cross-border and domestic strategic legal and commercial projects, expanding into new verticals and figuring out how to solve challenging legal issues. He exceptionally enjoys projects that are, in essence, complex in more than only legal matters but intertwine with intricate relations between parties and multiple jurisdictions or entwine unusual commercial or regulatory backgrounds.
