Kevin Lee is a Korean-born British lawyer and academic who is a barrister and arbitrator at Prince’s Chambers. Kevin is a specialist in civil and criminal fraud law as well as general civil litigation, perhaps best known for his work on legally and factually complex cases.
As a Korean-born British barrister, Kevin has a unique breadth of expertise and experience in Korean matters, and regularly acts in disputes involving Korean clients, particularly those with an international dimension and where both commercial and criminal elements are present. He has particular experience of advising on and acting in, disputes involving banking and financial services, company law, competition law, shipping and international trade, insurance, and reinsurance, and securities regulatory, and regularly acts on behalf of Hong Kong and Korea-listed companies.
Since 2019, Kevin has served as a legal advisor to the President of South Korea at the Peaceful Unification Advisory Council (PUAC) to advise the Korean Government on international law and foreign policy in its ongoing effort to achieve peaceful unification with North Korea.
