Joshua Ross

Mr. Ross is an experienced litigator representing clients in civil, criminal, and administrative matters in both federal and state jurisdictions, with a general focus in defense of health care providers and in environmental regulation and enforcement. With over 70 trials to jury verdict, and prior service as a State Attorney with experience in white collar and organized crime investigation and litigation, Mr. Ross represents clients in malpractice and licensure matters, fraud and abuse investigations and litigation, and other civil and criminal disputes.
