During his practice in Latvia and abroad (Russia, Belarus, Lithuania, Estonia) for the last eight years he has participated in more than 50 transactions of total deal-size in excess of EUR 2 billion for clients from more than 10 jurisdictions. Gints Vilgerts has been guest lecturer in Stockholm School of Economics in Riga, Riga Graduate School of Law and Riga Business School.
