Arun Chandrasekharan disposes of 25 years’ experience in dispute resolutions both before courts in Geneva and other cantons. He has litigated throughout Switzerland both before federal and cantonal courts and prosecutors and has served as Swiss expert witness in courts abroad.
Enforcement
Arun Chandrasekharan regularly ensures the enforcement of foreign decisions in Switzerland. He successfully enforces his clients’ rights by means of civil seizure of assets, provisional measures and/or criminal proceedings. He is perfectly familiar with civil and criminal letters rogatory from and to Switzerland. He has been a member of the International Fraud Group for 25 years and regularly works with other members from around the world to ensure expedient asset tracing, seizure and recovery.
Insolvency
Arun Chandrasekharan has handled countless bankruptcy filings before courts throughout Switzerland. He has assisted many companies and groups of companies with creditor protection and reorganization. By means of Swiss receivership, Arun actively saved the operating business of several companies, in particular by means of a spin-off of the subsidiary with the proceeds benefitting the creditors.
