Michelle Suarez Balois’ practice centers on corporate and commercial transactions, mergers & acquisitions, data privacy technology, capital markets transactions, and energy-related matters.
Atty. Balois has extensive experience with joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence reviews, contract review and drafting, legal opinion drafting, corporate housekeeping, government bidding and has rendered various legal services for both domestic and international corporations. She has handled various matters before the Securities and Exchange Commission, Philippine Competition Commission and the Philippine Economic Zone Authority. She has also handled cases before the Court of Appeals, Regional Trial Courts and Metropolitan Trial Courts. She is also a trained arbitrator with the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center Inc.
She currently sits as Corporate Secretary for various corporations including PressReader PH, Singlife Philippines Inc., Assessment Analytics Inc., MG Exeo Network, Inc., Paradigm Pharma (Philippines) Corporation, Directories Philippines Corporation, and Vinnell-Belvoir Corporation, among others.
She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from the Ateneo de Manila University and finished her Juris Doctor degree at the Ateneo Law School in 2011. While in law school, she garnered awards in both national and international moot court competitions involving the fields of Public International Law and International Humanitarian Law. She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2012 and joined the Firm the same year.
Jose Feria, Jr., son of former Supreme Court Justice Jose Y. Feria, is the Senior Partner of the law firm Feria Tantoco Daos. His practice revolves primarily around Commercial and Banking Transactions, as well as Special Projects involving Corporation Law, Land Rights, Property Law and Mining Laws. Atty. Feria is also the corporate chairman of the following companies: Assessment Analytics, Inc., Cyan Management Corporation, Premiere Travel and Tours, Inc., Spencer Foods Corporation, and Vinnell-Belvoir Corporation. Ronald Daos actively handles negotiations of collective bargaining agreements and assists in the formation of legitimate labor organizations. He is a Supreme Court-Accredited Mediator in the Court of Appeals. Atty. Daos specializes in litigation and the handling of labor relations issues. He litigates various cases before the Supreme Court, the Court of Appeals, Regional, Metropolitan and Municipal Trial Courts, the National Labor Relations Commission, Bureau of Labor Relations, Office of the Secretary of Labor and Employment, Intellectual Property Office, and the Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board, among others.
