Lynne is a Jersey Advocate and a Partner in the Financial Services and Regulatory team of Collas Crill LLP, based in Jersey. She undertakes a wide range of civil, commercial and regulatory matters.
Lynne is an experienced litigator with significant experience across a broad range of commercial litigation matters, with particular emphasis on contentious trust matters, corporate disputes, insolvency, construction disputes, property litigation and professional negligence claims. She regularly advises high-profile local and international clients in high value and complex actions in multiple jurisdictions, the team also being the favoured advisor for many of Jersey’s high net worth individuals and families on their private, property, trust and family disputes.
In addition, Lynne’s practice spans contentious and non-contentious regulatory matters advising on compliance with the regulatory laws, anti-money laundering regime, sanctions, enforcement, information requests and data protection. Lynne also gets involved in white collar crime actions involving advising on and being involved in the tracing, freezing, seizing and recovering of stolen assets.
Nuno is joint Senior Partner and the Channel Island head of Dispute Resolution for Collas Crill. Nuno specialises in all aspects of commercial litigation, including trust cases, fraud and asset tracing claims and heavyweight commercial disputes. He has appeared in many substantial Jersey cases including acting as senior Jersey counsel for the first defendant in the Alhamrani trusts litigation, Jersey’s biggest ever piece of litigation. The Legal 500 2012 say Nuno is ‘one of the best court performers in Jersey’.
